I read a quote that goes something like the past is history and the future is mystry and the present is a gift that is why it is called a present. Enjoy it every minute you got.

I think we think a lot about future rather than staying in the present. we worry so much about what is going to happen next that we do not live in the moment. I wish be good stay in the moment more often
