Jibhi and Shoja

Describe a place you have been that you can still see when you close your eyes. “Some places don’t demand your attention - they quietly earn it”. My trip to Jibhi ad Shoja in Himanchal Pradesh was one of those experiences, where every moment felt peaceful and every conversation genuine. Our stay began in a cozy Airbnb cottage hostage by a local himanchali family. From the moment we arrived , the warmth was not just in the wooden interiors of our room but also in the hospitality of our hosts. They welcomed us with smiles and stories about the region , making us feel less like tourists and more like guests in their home. The highlightt of the stay was undoubtedly the home - cooked meals. Why I love the window seat

Whenever I get the chance, I always choose the window seat. It does not matter whether I am travelling by bus’s car or aeroplane. Sitting by the window has always made me feel comfortable and peaceful. There is something special about looking outside while the world quietly moves by., it gives me a feeling that is difficult to explain, but I always enjoy it. Today I start thinking about why I like the window seat so much. I realise it is not only because of the view. It is because it gives me a chance to slow down and observe things that I might otherwise miss. I enjoy watching people walking on the streets, children playing in the park, trees moving with the wind, the changing colours of the sky.
