learning to enjoy your own company is one of the most underrated forms of growth. This resonated with me.
As we grow up we understand the importance of enjoying our own company. I learnt this in my 30s and I wish I had learnt this earlier.
Well said , Sometimes its better to be alone and reflect on ourself . it is a healthy way of healing .
