For so long I felt that depending on someone was a weakness. Sharing my sadness with someone spoiled their days too. I was putting my life’s weight on someone else. but then I realised that people who actually care about you really wants you to share. they want to be part of your life in every way. Because thats what I also want people to do with me. to share, to rely on me.

“This really made me think. We talk so much about being addicted to our phones, but sometimes we become even more attached to certain people, and that’s much harder to recognize or walk away from.

Yeah...onve you are emotionally dependent on anyone then it is very hard to fall out of it....it is as hard as any drug rehabilitation
