So true. I actually did just penned down my thoughts and one after the other stories came unravelling. Sometimes, our thoughts do not have a flow, a destination, they just need to be put down and I believe this is a perfect idea for people who feel exhausted with their thoughts
This is exactly how my mind feels on some nights—one thought leading to another with no real beginning or end. It's messy, a little chaotic, but somehow that's where the most honest thoughts come from.
This sounds like a very good thing to do to reflect our inner thoughts. We may think that sitting and staying and thinking can be effective. But no. When we put a shape to our thoughts through words we can increase the memory and our creativity at the same time
