Thirst of Unemployment

We all currently stuck in a loop of Peak unemployment era in a form of huge thirst among people. What's wrong with the current world? No degree holders can peacefully say they're happy with their field? Are we all on a thirst towards peak unemployment!? Recently I've come across a PG Doctor who earns more but left his Residency because of stress caused by hospital management and An IT employee who work for 12+ hours being underpaid? whose fault is this? where are we all heading to?
