When your entire syllabus is still pending, your finals start on the 23rd—right after Navratri—and you haven’t even finalised your Navratri outfits yet. Because being Gujarati means Navratri outfit stress comes with its own syllabus… and at this point, all I can do is sleep. 😭

Why can't our universities plan the exams taking into consideration our festivals? It feels like they want to punish us for celebrating our festivals. This way they are doing more damage to our culture than they imagine.
I do not understand our education systems. Why do they need to keep the big exams right after our biggest festivals? Do they not want the students to get a complete experience of our festivals? And then they cry that the young generation is not interested in the cultural activities 😡
I do the same 🥲
