TY, Nila, for your comment. It was pretty surprising when we say this in late August. We thought more was to come. None has yet.
As far as the props... I am not sure where you'd store them to celebrate Halloween like this.
My wife’s cousin used to host his house's campus as Blanck Mortuary. He dressed up like one of the Lost Boys. He had a stage coach with that title on the side. Sold it all this past year.
I have another friend he goes all out. Tombstones throughout the yard. Haunted house like props on triggers ready to reach out and fighten.
Funny his Google maps house pic shows his past year's yard decor.

The phrase has such a mysterious, almost dreamlike vibe to it. The mention of a hidden moon and skeletons creates an eerie picture in the mind, as if there’s a whole story happening beneath the surface that we don’t fully understand. I like how unusual combinations of words can make us pause and imagine different meanings, even when the exact message isn't immediately clear. Sometimes, that sense of mystery is what makes a piece of writing interesting. 🌙✨

Thanks, Sid. Yes. Unclear works with spooky subject matter. Great observation.
In my culture we are infused this time of year with skeletons. Many allusions to Dia de Los Muertos and the message of Momento Mori (Remember Death) are items that fill our Fall.
My faith celebrates the vigil, All Hallow's eve or populaized as Halloween, then All Saints on November 1st, All souls, November 2nd.
If you've ever seen the film Cocoa you get a glimpse of the Spanish culture that surrounds us.

This diaroma is from the front yard of a house two streets over. They have had this scene up since August.
When Dolly Parton died, he added the lady skeleton guitarist (far right). That's pretty much all I know. Thanks for the comment, Deepanish.
