This is so relatable because saying “no” often feels harder than saying yes, especially when we’re afraid of disappointing people. I love how this highlights that setting boundaries isn’t about being selfish or rude,it’s about respecting your own time, energy, and limits. Sometimes the most important “no” is the one that finally lets you say “yes” to yourself.
