Someone Is Watching

It was 2:17 AM
when Aarav's phone suddenly vibrated. 📱
He was half asleep, so at first he ignored it. Then it vibrated again.
He picked it up.
There was a message from an unknown number. ❓
“Are you awake?”
Aarav stared at it for a few seconds.
“Who the hell is this?” he whispered.
Before he could type anything, another message came.
“Don't look outside.” ?
Now he was fully awake.
He looked toward his window. 🪟
The curtains were closed.
He tried to laugh it off. Maybe it was just someone messing with him.
Then his phone buzzed again. 📳
Seriously. Don't look.”
Aarav's smile disappeared.
Then...
Knock. Knock. Knock.
Someone had knocked on his window.
He just sat there, staring at the curtains. ?
His phone vibrated one more time.
“I'm standing behind you.”
Aarav's hands went cold. 🥶
He slowly looked at the mirror beside his bed.
There was no one behind him.
He turned around anyway.
Nothing.
He looked back at his phone.
A new message was already waiting.
“Wrong place.”
Aarav froze. 😳
Then he heard a voice from outside his bedroom door...
“Aarav... are you awake?” 👁️‍🗨️
