Life in circles

Even today outside of some shops we still see science of the lockdown that happened 6 years ago. These are the circles - the circles that indicated where the cusomers should stand. Circles that had been separated by the distance of 6 feet.

During the COVID times it was indicated that social distance had to be maintained to contain the infection. This social distance what 6 feet and more than it. It had become mandatory for all businesses to make the provision in order for their customers to maintain the social distance. The solution for this was drawing circles on the ground indicating where the customers should stand. Enhance I felt that it was appropriate to call this phenomenon as the life in circles.

At least in Mumbai what I had noticed was that people had been diligently following the rules of social distancing. They had been deligently standing in the circles and maintaining social distance. Outside of groceries stores we would see people standing in the circles and maintaining social distance. When there would be the time of curfew we would not as that the circles where occupied by the local cats because obviously that's like anything that creates a shape. It was really funny and entertaining to see the cats of following the social distancing circles.

But otherwise looking at those circles where telling us that the danger was not over. The danger still surrounded ask this is what the circles had been screaming all the way. The circles had been telling us how harrowing that experience was.

Even today outside of some establishments these circles are seen. Some businesses decided to do something revolutionary - instead of drawing circles they had put up boxes mentioning "please stand here". Boxes, circles, or any other geometric shape did not change the fact that we were living in tough times, facing a pandemic.

Even today when I see circle or boxes drawn outside of businesses shops and establishments I still remember the Deadly time of the pandemic. Those geometric shapes still bring back all the memories that I am trying to bury. But unfortunately that time was scary enough that it is difficult to forget. Even a minor sign brings back the painful memories. I don't know if I would ever be able to overcome the sadness and fear that I experienced during the pandemic. Yet I am trying my best to try to overcome those traumatic experiences. I definitely want to see the end to the 'circle of life' which were drawn during the pandemic times. I do want to see the conversion from Lakshman Rekha to the Jeevan Rekha. I do want to see that happen.
