People often say Health is wealth. It is such a common phrase that we rarely stop to think about what is actually means. But the older I get the more I realise that those three words might be some of the truthful advice ever given. Health and Wealth are two things almost everyone spends their life persuing. One helps us live comfortably while the other allows us to truly enjoy that comfort. The intresting part is that most of people often sacrifice one to gain another only to spend years trying to get the other one back.

When we hear about the word heath, most of us immediately think about going to gym and athu vegetable or getting enough sleep. While physical health is important, true health is much bigger than that. It is waking up with enough energy to enjoy the day. It is having a peaceful mind that is not constantly stressed. It is being able to laugh freely and move freely and breathe deeply and spend time with the people you love without your body holding back. Health is not just the absence of illness...it is the presence of well being.

Science constantly reminds us how connected out bodies and minds really are. Regular exercise improved mood, quality sleep strengthen memory, healthy food fuels our brain and even meaningful conversations can reduce stress. We often think of health as something we notice only when it is gone but in reality it is quietly supporting every moment of our lives.

Then there is Wealth...a world that usually makes people think of money. And while financial security is undinably important, wealth is often misunderstood. Money cannot buy comfort, education, oppertunity, travel and freedom from many everyday worries. Having enough to support yourself and your family is not something to feel guilty about. Financial stability creates choices and choice often create a peace of mind.

The problem begins when wealth becimaer the destination instead of tool. It is easy to believe that happiness is always one promotion, one salary increase or one expensive purchase away. But human being are remarkably good at adapting. Today's dream car becames tomorrow's natural commute. The phone you could wait to buy because just another object in your packet. Wealth improves lives and by itself it rarely fills the deeper need for meaning relationship or joys.

Imagine having unlimited money but constantly feeling exhausted, anxious it too unwell to enjoy any of it. On the other hand, imagine being perfectly healthy but struggling every day to afford basic necessities. Neither picture feels complete. That is because the health and wealth and not rivals...they are partners. One gives us the ability to live and other gives us the resources to shape the life we want.
