why is skin care so important and also confusing?
When I was 16 years old in 11 th grade , my sister gave me a Skincare set as a birthday present . It included a moisturiser , a serum , and a sunscreen . I didn’t really thought of it that much at that given time But it did do wonders . I actually thought this was all rubbish , mostly because people and kids around me who were of the same age , didn’t used any Skincare products so it thought of it as a waste . It was only many years laters I realised how important that thing is , Nowadays where pollution and air quality index is skyrocketing and it’s nearly impossible to stay out in the sun without dirt ,roadside construction air and germs sticking to our faces , this thing called skincare is actually very benifical . I remember my first product was niacinamide serum , moisturiser and Sunscreen . I actually did started seeing results as I was also dieting at that point . My sunscreen also worked as a skin brightening cream , so it wouldn’t just be an oily product but an actual effective solution. But after my first products got over , I decided to look further into the products and oh by let me tell you how misguided and confused I was at that point . I used to look up and search up serums and creams , then I got to know that there are various kinds of serum , Haylronic , salicylic , glycolic , vitamin c serum , and niacinamide . This kept on getting more complicated as each one of them is for a different purpose and all of them costed much more higher and weren’t cheap . A 30ml serum can go up to 600 rs and even much higher sometimes . Then came moisturiser , it was kind of the simple part which didn’t took up much of my time . It’s just a different kind of company and ingredients . Sunscreen was also complicated like something called ALPHA ARBYTIN is a skin brightening agent , and different spfs are used like 20 , 30 , 40 , 50
Generally spf 50 is the best thing to use to get even tone and blue light protection . It’s really important to consult an dermatologist before using any products just for safety and skin protection.
When it comes to skincare, do you

This is all a matrix...they sell the insecurity and the solution
