why i like rainy days

Today, it rain generally in the morning and I felt happy inside. Rainy days have always been special comforting to me. I like the soft sound of rain falling on the roof or gently tapping against the window. It feels so calm. When I wake up to rain, The whole day feels a little different, slower and more peaceful than usual. I enjoy early days because they actually gives me permission to slow down on the normal sunny days. I often feel like I should be doing many things and staying active all the time, and also I hate summers. But when it rains, it feels okay, natural to stay inside. Drink something warm, and take things easy. I can read a book without guilt, listen to soft music or just sit quietly and watch the rain falling outside. There is less pressure to go out and be busy every minute.

Oh gosh, the best thing about rain is its smell after rain stop and that I really love. The fresh clean smell that comes when the ground gets wet. Always make me feel refresh in new. Everything I look greener cleaner. The plants and tree seems happier after getting water. Even the air feels lighter. I like opening the window a little and letting that fresh air come inside the room. Rain also bring many nice childhood memories. When I was younger, we used to make hot tea and simple snacks on rainy days. We would sit together as a family and talked or play easy game even for me. I used to make paper boats those cozy and warm feeling still come back to me whenever it rains now..

It make me feel safe and inside, even when the weather outside, cool and wet.

Of course, I know that train can cause problem for some people, but it’s too heavy. Too much rain can make travelling different and create other issues. But gentle rain like today, he’s like a good friend. Oh, I remember one thing about my old friend, that she really hate rain because it’s all wet and muddy outside after rain but I don’t care about that much because I really love rain. I also like how rain sound different at different times. Sometimes sounds softer, sometimes louder with thunder in the distance and about it have a fear of thunder. I don’t like that. I always hug my mother whenever I heard the sound of thunder, but still the love for the rain never fades from my heart..

On rainy day, I try to do small things that makes me happy and relaxed. I think a candle wearing my most comfortable clothes or just writing journal. It seems like the rain is giving me time to rest my mind and think peacefully. I know not everyone likes rainy days just like my friend.

Even some people find them, sad, boring, or just a different feeling in the rain. But for me, they bring a deep sense of peace and a chance to pause from the usual rush. I even go out in the rain, get completely drenched and dance my heart out.

I hope I can enjoy many more days like this in the future rainy days are truly one of my favourite kind of days.
