the precious creature

Every morning when I go out for college , there is always this precious thing that catches my attention and what’s that precious this ?

It’s a chonky cat she is here everyday she stays mostly in my society and one day I saw her enjoying her time. I have this cat almost every day for several months and whenever I see her I feel happy . Without realizing she became a small but meaningiful part of my routine .

The cat is not very friendly with everyone and she is quite most of the times whenever I have seen her she is chilling somewhere sitting quietly and calmly .

Whenever strangers walk past, It quickly moves away or hides behind the cars which are parked .

However after seeing me so many times like everyday she sees me in morning and I slowly started to pat her so she got affected to me slowly.

I don’t think so she is afraid of me now. It usually sits quietly near the garden or under a tree watching people come and go. Sometimes it stretches lazily I have caught this moment and she looks cute .

Whenever I come back I bring her some cat food and feed her twice a day like when I go out in morning and when I m on my way home again.

Everyday whenever I see her I spend few minutes with her. I call her out softly with her name I named her momo she looks fluffy that’s why. Sometimes she herself comes to me for pats too now and I feel amazing and happiest person to be alive because she looks like she knows she is safe with me and she is happy and doesn’t smell any danger around me .

The food part like giving her food was hard at first as she was not trusting me fully I wonder if she have any trauma or something . So I started approaching her gently and placing food not much close too her and I used to step back for her to eat. At first she was not trusting me fully so she used to wait and think if she can trust me then she slowly started to walked towards the food and began eating. Since then she trusted me a lot and eats whatever I give her it’s mostly chicken or cat food only which is hygienic for her .

Watching such a simple moment filled me with unexpected happiness . I realized that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference in someone’s day it doesn’t matter if it’s human or animals .

Since then when ever I have the chance , I carry a little food and clean water for the cat. Some days she is nearby so she appears immediately, while on other days she is nowhere to be seen but I keep food for her even though so whenever she is here she can eat the food .

But whenever she is missing I wonder where the cat is and I get worried hoping she is safe . She is the small moment in my life which gives me happiness everyday now.
