The fan during the power cut
The power want out just as we sat down for dinner π½οΈ. I completed immediately about the heat and the mosquitoes. Thatha found an old newspaper ποΈ and began fanning every one., telling stories about his childhood in the village. We laughed when he admitted to stealing mangoes from a neighbour's tree. Forvonce, nobody reached for their phone π± because there was nothing to charge and no signal π¦ to distract us. When the electricity π returned, I almost wished it hadn't I know these evenings cannot last forever, and I suddenly wanted to remember this one exactly as it was.

Such a warm and beautiful memory. You captured it perfectly, how a power cut that starts with complaining about heat and mosquitoes can turn into the most memorable evening. Thatha fanning everyone with a newspaper and telling his childhood stories, that image is so heartwarming. And it's so true, sometimes no phones and no electricity brings everyone closer.
This is such a heartwarming reminder that sometimes the best family moments happen when we least expect them. β€οΈ I especially loved the part about Thatha sharing his childhood stories. Itβs funny how a power cut, which initially feels like an inconvenience, can turn into an evening full of laughter and memories. Sometimes, we donβt need electricity or Wi-Fi; we just need our loved ones around us. β€οΈ
