The beauty unnoticed

Today when i went to a new place 4 hours away from my house and covering 188 km is when i felt what i really was missing from my life .

The constant MAY-AAWWING of the peacocks and the chirping of birds all living in harmony of the green environment they birthed in . Soo many colourfull and pretty birds just make you feel happy and there is definitely something about looking at the peacocks which feels blissful to your eyes igniting a wish to have a life as colourful as them . And then comes the animals who all seemed to guard the place from the outsiders .

Living in the city does make me miss the greenery and the peacefull life where one is unbothered about the surrounding and the sudden disappearance of the black sparrows i grew up watching . Somehow we forget the beauty of life and the beauty of nature places like today are a good reminder to make a person feel grateful for there lifes .

As tempting as it sounds to life in the greenary it makes me question can we really leave the life we are living and i am not talking about taking salvation but just living away from the city . Every now and then it maybe an interesting idea but to leave and life . I dont think we can really do this a few days living with the trees , birds and silence feels refreshing but soon enough we will also start missing the convience of the city : the late night food deliveries , friends , cafes and even the chaos that is what we grew up with . Maybe the beauty of these places subside because we dont live there and at the end of the day it is best when a person lives in the place where they belong .

These all thoughts made me wonder am i really craving a whole different life or just a balance , some days when i just don’t have to hear the traffic every morning instead wake up by the beautiful chirping of the birds .

Maybe i don’t need to leave the city forever , today was just a reminder that there is a life beyond deadlines and well the last option that if nothing works i can still move to a peace place and life with the greenary :) . For now let it remain like a world i should try visting more often .

As i drove back home , i kept thinking about those peacocks who weren’t trying to impress anyone and those precious birds having every possible colours who were just living in there natural surroundings yet they were mesmerising enough to drive everyone’s attention . Maybe that’s what made that place feel so peaceful. It wasn’t trying to be extraordinary - it simply was . I hope i remember this feeling and this beauty when life starts becoming too loud as some journeys stay in your heart forever .

The author found peace in nature but questions if they could truly leave city life. What's the real desire?

I really liked reading this. It’s honest, relatable, and reminds people that everyone goes through challenges. I hope things keep getting better for you, and thanks for sharing your experience.

this post reminds me of a chapter we had in our hindi textbook in 9th or 10th. the author talked about the birds in his city decades ago, and how their homes have been wrecked by humans and our buildings.
