Robotic response

I work as a freelance educator with a digital platform. I have a few students with me to home I teach some life skills. I have one particulars student for home the parent has asked for the change in timing for the classes. Now this is a very simple request from a parent. It is not a complicated one bear I need to do a lot of things and seek a lot of approvals to get it done. I have to do if raise a simple request and it will be done with in 24 hours. However this was not the case.

I submitted the time change request in the platform. It got automatically rejected without any justification. This is why I date what I am supposed to do. I submitted a complaint and request it resolution. The resolution that I was expecting is how to cook about scheduling of the class on the time that the parent has requested. How Ever what I received shop to me because it was a such an idiotic and robotic response.

The response that I had received from the help test had nothing to do with the complaint that I had raised. The information that was provided was completely unnecessary and not required at all. It was not there response that I was requiring. I wanted the resolution for the issue and not any unnecessary information. Unfortunately I have no way to reopen my complaint. I have to post another complaint for the same. And I have no expectations from the helpless team whether they will be able to resolve it.

This is what I feel sometimes. The people who work in helpless they do not wish the issues to get resolved. Sometimes I feel that they do not even look at the complaints. They just provide anything they feel like without evaluating whether it is a relevant to the question asked.

It is not just one experience. Whenever I have reached accomplaint with any blood form or any company I have had similar experience with the helpdesk staff. They do not understand the complaints at all. The first level of resolution is only to close it without providing any solution or justification. I had spoken to a lot of help desk Associates and when I explain them the complaint they belatedly said we did not read it. What I do not understand is how can they provide a solution when they have not even read the complaint let alone understood it. This is the same story everywhere with the helpdesk teams.

As a customer it is always frustrating to me. It is so annoying to me to say the same things again and again and explain the same issue multiple times to various people. I believe things would get better if people start reading and understanding the complete rather than in rush to close that out.

At the same time I completely understand the workload that lies with the helpdesk team. Yet that does not mean they should close the Complaints without providing any solution. I have one advice for the helpdesk team: start acting like humans. Otherwise AI would soon take up your job.

Helpdesk frustration: is the issue with the system or the people?
