Overwhelmed

Being easily influenced means even when I hold a truth with 100% conviction—something I’ve personally experienced and read about—a single contradictory opinion can still spark random doubts.It’s frustrating when someone blabbers about something clearly wrong, yet it lingers in your head.I’m learning to treat my mind like the ground beneath my feet: it belongs to my own thoughts and beliefs, not the noisy opinions of others.
