One Page at a Time

After the longest month of my life, here comes July, marking the slow descent into the back half of the year.

When I look back now, I feel only one thing: "relief".

You survived. Those are the exact words.

The past month has been a complete rollercoaster. A lot of things happened. I remember being lost in the room full of people. I was scrolling through reels but couldn't hear the single thing I watched. I watched the ipl final but, yet I barely remember any of it. But here I am—still standing tall.

So I stayed with myself. I was present for myself. Sometimes being there for yourself matters. And I am greatful to the people who quietly sat with my silence.

We often forget to be gentle with ourselves, to love and trust ourselves. When life feels like it's going in circles, all you need is to generation and apply the threshold to escape that orbit. And to do the same, you have to be honest with yourself. Admitting what is happening is the first—and perhaps the greatest—step. That's how I started it.

So am I perfectly fine now? Will I be always okay?

The raw and honest answer is: I don't know. Time will tell.

But as once said wisely "The first step towards getting somewhere is to decide you're not going to stay where you are."

So, I am beginning my next chapter.

I don't know what surprises life has in store for me, on the way. I'll simply unfold the pages, one at a time.

We are halfway in the year 2026. It still feels like a great achievement

You are brave to admit this. Surviving is not a small achievement. Most people are doing that. Let's stay hopeful and work towards improving our tomorrow
