I feel like we often make separations harder than they need to be because we keep expecting every connection to end with a proper explanation, a final conversation, or some kind of promise that makes everything feel worth it. But sometimes, people simply become a part of our lives for a certain period, and that's all there is to it. Not every goodbye means someone failed, and not every ending has to leave us with bitterness. I really like the thought that two people can go their separate ways without turning everything they once shared into something painful. Maybe maturity is learning to appreciate what existed without constantly questioning why it couldn't last forever. Some people leave quietly, but the time we spend with them still teaches us things we wouldn't have learned otherwise. And perhaps there's a certain kind of peace in accepting that not every beautiful thing is meant to stay. 🤍

Whenever I read about old souls I feel that I am one myself. I feel like I have experienced every emotion and situation though it happens for the very first time. People who meet me for the first time trust me even without trying as if they know me for a long time.

Being an old soul isn’t always a gift; sometimes, it’s a childhood spent carrying burdens no child should have to bear. Every child deserves the chance to simply be a child. ❤️🩹
