Mother knows best

Me and my friends what always discuss one burning question: who knows nose their children better mother or the father? Most of us girls used to agree that mothers would know their children better. The men who are now fathers would often argue that the fathers know their kids equally well as the mothers. This argument makes me chuckle. Though both genders new the truth: Mother knows best
Mothers know everything about their children. They know what the children like what the children dislike. Mothers know about their childrens strengths and weaknesses. Mothers do not have to guess but looking at their children the understand everything. I have a fantastic example to prove the theory mother knows best.
Two days ago I woke up with a headache. When I woke up I held my head in my hands because of the pain. The pain was telling me that it was the beginning of sinus headache. The pulsating pain was making me distracted. If I had old my parents they would get worried so I decided not to tell them anything.
I carried on with my day. I went to the kitchen and made a cup of coffee. I came back to the bedroom hoping that the coffee would food the headache to some extent. I took a few sips of the coffee and thought to distract myself. I thought to myself that the distraction would help me not think about the headache. I opened my phone and started going through the news app. W light of the phone screen was making the headache even worse. I could not read any longer so I kept the phone away and continued to focus on my coffee. I was overall worried about my work. If I could not tolerate the phone light for 5 minutes how was I going to work throughout the day. I had an important task to be completed today so I could not even take a day off. I was completely lost in my thoughts. While thinking about what is going to be the day ahead I finished my coffee even without realising.
I went back to the kitchen to clean my coffee mug. That is when I saw my dad. He was making tea. He asked me about one of the investments that was due in that week. We spoke about that however the headache was really not allowing me to focus on the discussion. Finally when our discussion got over I went back to the bedroom.
Sometime late or my mother came at the bedroom to ask me about what we are going to have for lunch. My headache was not allowing me to think anything. I told my mom that she can make any sabji out of the vegetables that we have in the fridge. Just with one sentence my mother understood something is not right.
" Are you unwell? you do not sound right," my mother asked me worriedly.
"No I am absolutely fine," I tried to say this in a convincing tone.
" No you are unwell. I can hear that in your voice," my mother said with a conviction. She had not yet scene my smolen face else it would have been easy to guess.
" Is it the headache again?" My mother's guess was spot on only by assessing my voice.
Then my mother asked me this question I realised how will she knew me. It made me realise that how is she aware of every minute moment and minute change in my voice. Just buy this thought it brought tears to my eyes.
It made me realise that I am really fortunate to have loving parents and especially loving mother.
Who do you think knows children better: mothers or fathers?
Your vote is final.
indeed true moms and even dads know what are we going through just moms are able too express their feelings as she is connected to us even when we’re are not born it’s like string is connecting our hearts together that whenever we need someone we get a call from mom asking how are you?
its true, your mom knows everything when you’re sad , when you’re at your lowest when everything is falling apart and when no one’s around she knows. As if she has some kind of sense that she knows how you feel. A hug from her is all that makes you melt. And a mother by your side is what gives you strength to fight over anything.
I totally agree and I can resonate the relationship I have with my mother by reading this
