This is beautifully written and I completely agree with this. We should say NO to the things we don't want and that makes us uncomfortable

sing yes does not do asked any good. it adds on to the burden. it crushes us. we always think that saying no will make us a villain. it does make us a villain in our own life story. it is good to learn to say no in the real life.
