What are you afraid will happen if you let this go?

Well, looking back at it I think it's..all about learning. I'm not an Aethist nor a believer. But.. sometimes i think it's better to let life go on on its own. People often say "Why is it me all the time?" or.."Why am I only the one who suffers so much?" maybe.. because we don't learn from our mistakes. Things keep happening to us until we learn from it..

I know it's easy to just say "Let it happen" but it's very hard to go through it. I've been there..done that. Sometimes letting things go and learning from our past is all we can do. We can sulk at a corner but eventually we'll have to learn or we'll never be able to move forward. That's the rule of life to keep moving forward no matter how hard it gets. If you stop swimming, you drown. Yes, bad things happen, yes they hurt us, yes they break us down but if we keep holding onto it for too long..it'll hurt more. And I know it sounds easy to say "Let it go" but..it's not. It keeps drifting into our mind again and again but trust me..one day it'll stop. The pain will stop and that day..you'll know you've learnt it. Don't let life kill you before death.

We often need a break in life, and it's okay. It's okay to take a break, to breath and process things..it doesn't make you weak. It makes one stronger and more.. confident. Back in 2024 I also had my hardships..but now it's 2026..I thought I'd never make it to this day but here I am.. writing. I'm not perfect, I'm not Osho..nor am I smart but I'm smart enough to not repeat my past mistakes and move forward no matter how hard it is. It's all about letting go and let it happen. Learning is not a phase in life..We never stop learning. If we do, we die.

So, eventually..hold on to yourself. Always. Don't let yourself go..
