Everyone have different mindset. So loving yourself should be a important in those all mindset and life. But some people have different opinion and perspective of themselves. So, rather hating on yourself criticizing yourself and action be happy about yourself and love yourself more . Because in this world only you will stay with yourself from your first breath to last breath....
I used to think myself as nothing not even dust never loved myself properly and now I regret it so much how my youngerself used to feel and not appreciated herself.
But now I'm improving today I said to myself don't worry about what others say you are not wrong even if you are loving yourself this one day doesn't effect...
So please love yourself......
Being selfish for yourself and your mental health is not selfish but keeping yourself from breaking down in the darkness..
Maybe you're not smart or perfect , a bad child to parents who still love you later.
A person who was always obedient and recently going on rebellious phase I know I'm hurting them somehow but I'm trying to save myself.. Dear father mother I want to cherish my life it's my first life I don't know how many lifes are there but it's my first and last so let me kind to myself.
