I notice more than I say

I think I'm the kind of person who notices really small changes in people

Like when someone who normally texts alot suddenly starts replying differently

When someone's "I'm fine" doesn't actually sounds fine. When someone's way of talking changes , even if they haven't said anything is wrong

Sometimes i notice things that probably aren't even meant to be noticed. A different tone , a shorter reply , someone being unusually quiet and then , unfortunately my brain decides to think about it for the next three business days😮‍💨

I've always been like this. I remember random things people tell me , even they probably don't remember saying them. I'll remember someone's favourite thing , something they were excited about , or some completely unnecessary detail from a conversation months agoo

I don't always say I've noticed, though

Sometimes i just keep it to myself because i don't want to make everything into a big deal

And sometimes i genuinely don't know if I'm overthinking it or if i actually picked up on something

I think that's probably both a good and a bad thing about me

It's nice to care enough to notice people but it can also get exhausting when you start analysing every little thing

I'm slowly learning that not everything needs an explanation. Sometimes someone's mood is just their mood. Sometimes a late reply is just a late reply and sometimes things really are exactly what they look like

Still , i don't think I'd want to stop noticing completely

I'd just like my brain to stop every turning every tiny observation into a full investigation 🙂‍↔️

Finally found someone who is exactly like me but I think I'm even more because I think about people's reply or anything for more a week almost everytime I noticed....🥲

The fact is that nowadays noticing very little isn't common, but that's what is attractive
