Hidden danger part 5

Hello guys how are you I hope you all are doing good I am also very good so welcome in my hidden danger series so we have already discussed about many hidden dangers now today I want to tell you about another hidden danger that is"social media comparison".

Humne already mobile phone ke unnotist dangerous ke bare mein discuss kar liya hai lekin social media comparison Jaise danger ke bare mein discuss karna aaj ke time mein to bahut hi jaruri ho jata hai. Ham sabhi do ghante apni family Ko dekhe Bina rah sakte hain lekin 2 ghante apne mobile ki Bina bitane Ho to hamen mood swings irritation aur anxiety hone lag jayegi. We already discuss about the scientific reason behind it but aaj main iske ek aur dangerous side effect ke bare mein baat karungi Jo kahin na kahin Ham sabhi youngsters face karte Hain. Han Ham Apne parent se teacher se Google se jarur sunte Hain ki jaruri nahin ki jo jo aap social media per dekhte ho aur Sach hota hai lekin Ham use per Kitna Gaur karte Hain vah to Ham sabhi jante Hain. For example you see a post of a person on Instagram floating his iPhone his car his food his big house expensive cloth and other things. She got millind of use or likes by posting just one post on the other hand your post got only 20 or 30 likes. Yah dekhte hi hamare dimag mein aata hai self doubt. Use post Ko dekhkar Ham sochne lagte Hain ki Kya mere looks mein kuchh Kami hai ki mujhe use Insan jitne likes nahin Mil Rahe. Mere pass kyon itni expensive chijen nahin Hai Mera camera mera phone kyon itna achcha nahin Hai jitna uska hai. Yah mujhse Chhota hai lekin iski life mujhse jyada better hai lekin meri life aise kyon nahin hai mere parents utane rich kyon nahin Ban paye jitne iske Hain etc. iska result kya hota hai aap apni mental health kharab kar dete ho aapko anxiety fear depression, irritation hone lagta hai aap apna gussa Apne family per Apne friends per apni body per nikalte ho aap constant comparison करते-करते apni individuality bhul jaate Ho. Aapko ek kahani sunati hun mere College mein do ladkiyan Thi endeavour best friends according to me both are beautiful and unique in their own way but agar Main outer look se compare Karun to unmen Se ek ladki Thi Jo thodi favourite Thi and has a beautiful feature aur dusre ladki has little cars on her face and complexion ki thi. Starting mein unhone apna ek YouTube channel khola jismein vah roj vlog dalti thi to comment mein log UN donon friends ko compare karne lag Gaye. Ki ek Friend thodi dark Hai dusre kitni fair hai aur beautiful hai ek ka face Kitna saaf Hai dusre mein kitne Nishan Hai etc. shuru shuru mein to border but kuchh time bad dusri ladki ko yah social media comparison tang karne lag Gaya. Vah ine sabhi comments ko serious Lene lag Gai aur self doubt karne lage. Usne apni body per kafi product try kiye aur apni hi friend ki tarah dikhne ke liye uski tarah style karne lagi uski tarah baat karne lagi uske dwara product use karne lagi lekin Hai to vah tu different personality Hi Na to uska result kya hua UN donon mein darar a Gai college khatm hone se pahle hi unki friendship Tut Gai aur June ka itna successful channel tha vah bhi unhone band kar diya comment kar rahe the unka Koi loss nahin hua loss hua UN donon ladkiyon ke relationship ka unke happiness ka aur unki mental health ka. Dekho sab अपने-अपने varjan mein vyast hote Hain aapke parents ke liye aap unke bacche ho aur aap duniya ke sabse khubsurat aur pyari Insan Ho. To jab aap ek post dekhkar unke samne khud Ko down kar rahe hote ho to socho unhen Kitna dukh ho raha hota Hai. Hamare parents khud ki needs ko maar kar Apne bacchon ki needs Puri karte hain jitna unse ho sakta hai vah usse jyada aapke liye karne ki koshish karte hain aur badle mein Ham unhen Kya dete Hain apni maut Se angar frustration. Aap apne relationship to kharab karte hi ho lekin aap khud ki body ke sath apni mental health ke sath Kitna Bura kar rahe hote Ho. Kabhi socha Hai is comparison ki vajah se aapka self confidence Kitna Lo Ho Gaya. Aapka logon ke bich jaane ka man nahin Karega aapko stage fair ho jaega. Aur aapki over thinking badh jayegi jiski vajah se aap apni body sach mein kharab kar doge to uska solution kya hai solution yah hai ki we should always remember that social media is not always real. Aur agar kuchh usmein real hai bhi to aapko Apne se use compare karne ki jarurat nahin Hai you are a best in your own way believe in yourself or Sabse Badi baat love yourself. Hamesha yad rakhen aapke parents ke liye aap hi best ho you are the most beautiful person in the whole word for them to aapka kartavya banta hai ki aap apne parents ko down na Karen. Nature ke sath Apne family ke sath friend ke sath time spend Karen na ki Instagram ki ek post ko Sach Mankar akele baithkar ghanton over thinking karne mein apna time West Karen. Aap best ho aap mein Koi Kami nahi hai aap mein bahut talent hai aur aap apni mehnat se kuchh bhi kar sakte hain always remember that use your social media only for purpose of entertainment not to define yourself and do not forgive to always love yourself.

So true, social media comparison is such a hidden danger. We can stay 2 hours without seeing our family but not 2 hours without our phone and then we get mood swings and anxiety. You explained it perfectly. Everyone is facing this especially youngsters, we need to talk about this more. Your hidden danger series is really important, waiting for the rest of the post.

This is such an important message, especially for today’s generation. ❤️ Social media has slowly made us measure our worth through likes, comments, appearances, and material possessions, making us forget that our lives don’t need to look like someone else’s to be beautiful. The story of those two friends was particularly heartbreaking because it shows how constant comparison can destroy not only our self-confidence but also the relationships that once made us happy. We often forget that behind every screen is only a glimpse of someone’s life, not their entire reality. I especially loved your reminder about parents, because while we’re busy wishing for someone else’s life, we sometimes overlook the love and sacrifices that already surround us. Everyone has their own journey, struggles, and timeline. We don’t have to be better than someone else to be enough. Thank you for spreading such a meaningful message. May we all learn to use social media without allowing it to define our worth. ❤️✨
