Microplastic gives me nightmares. I cannot even imagine how much of it we are consuming every single day. Our water sources are polluted. Our foods are contaminated. Nothing ever is free of microplastics and other harmful contaminants.

Absolutely true. It's not just one reason, there are lakhs of hidden reasons a person is facing silently and it slowly damages their mental health.
We only see the surface, we never know what someone is actually going through inside. Thanks for highlighting this, very important point.

This is such an important topic to talk about! 💙 Mental health struggles are often invisible, and we never truly know what someone might be going through behind their smile. However, depression and anxiety are real mental health conditions, not signs of weakness, and seeking professional help when needed is a sign of courage. Small steps, supportive people, self-care, and professional guidance can make a meaningful difference. Let’s be kinder to ourselves and others because sometimes, a little understanding can mean more than we realise. 🌿✨ Nobody deserves to feel alone in their struggles. 🤍
