The line about grieving versions of yourself really got me. I don't think we talk enough about that kind of grief. Sometimes nothing "bad" happens, but you still find yourself missing a person, a place, or even an old version of your own life. This put that feeling into words really well.

I agree with you. grief is not only associated with death. grief can be associated with any sorrow. no grief is big or small. grief requires attention so that we can overcome it.
