Today i have been sitting with heavy thoughts about job hunting as a fresher. I always believed that if I worked really hard and stayed sincere, someone would give me a chance. I was ready to give my best effort for any company that hired me. But the rejections keep coming and its not because my education is weak or i lack skills. Every time the reason is the same thing that i dont have enough work experience. It leave me wondering about how am I supposed to het experience if jo one is willing to take a chance on me?

This whole process feels so confusing and unfair. The real world seems much crueler that I imagine. It’s like closed door that refused to open. Nobody seems interested in understanding your potential or your feeling to learn. People are busy with their own targets and deadline, and honestly it often feel like nobody really gives a fuck about the next person trying to start their journey. That parts stinks the most.

I keep asking myself the same questions if every place reject fresher for lacking experience and who is supposed to give us the first break? How does anyone’s professional journey even begin? It makes the transition from studies to work, it feel incredible hard. There were days when I feel low after another rejection email doubting my worth, even though I know I have a lot to offer..

Well well

Still, this frustration has also spot something positive with me. Whenever I become successful someday, i’ve Decided I will make it a point to give the very first chance to a fresher experience is not something you can buy or magically. It has to be given by someone. A newcomer needs that initial opportunity to prove themselves to learn on the job and to grow. If no one ever takes the small risk, then the talented and hardworking people will keep struggling endless. I’m trying to hold on the hope While I keep applying and improving my skills in the meantime, maybe I need to look for smaller companies or roles that value potential more than perfect resume. Networking and reaching out directly might help too. The journey is not easy right now, but I believe it will shape me into someone stronger, and more understanding later.

For now, I am reminding myself to stay patient and keep pushing. The real world may feel tough and indifferent, but giving up is not the answer for these problems. One day I’ll be in a position to keep that door open for someone else who is just starting out,Just like I am today that thought keep me going. Well, I know progress does not always happen as quick as I hope, but every challenge teach me something valuable. Each setback build patient and determination. I believe that consistent efforts will eventually create opportunity and when the day comes, I want to encourage other to keep believing in themself, even when the journey, feels heavy..

I have been where you are. I know it is very frustrating to receive the rejections. I would suggest you to try for internships. also there are several programs run by big companies where they give opportunities to freshers. you may not get the job that you desire however you will still get some experience and money to carry on. I wish you all the best for your career and job hunt.
