Day1

Today I downloaded Anonimo because I really want to get better at expressing myself through writing.write helps me clear my head when things feel heavy or confusing.My goal this week is simple.I just want to show up and post get times.Honestly I feel a bit nervous but also excited to start something new.I don’t know where this will go ,but I am choosing to begin anyway.One day at a time for me .Lately my mind feels heavy and writing is the only things that help me breathe .I don’t need to be perfect here .I just need to be real .Even one small post counts as progress for me.
