Corporate nightmare

It was 8:55 in the morning. I entered the office and went straight to my desk. While I was settling down I saw that the conference room door opened. Ajay one of the project managers came out of the room and he walked straight up to me. He looked angry, "why have you not joined the meeting yet?"
I responded, " there is no meeting on my calendar. I have not received any invitation to the meeting which begins now," I was very clear with what I had to say. What I said was true.
" Everyone is waiting for you to join, now join quickly", he almost shouted at me.
"Send me the meeting invitation then. I will join," I reply it politely at the same time assertively.
He angrily walked back to the conference room. I waited to receive the meeting invitation. It was 9:05 and I had not received any meeting invitation or any communication suggesting that there was a meeting.
Then I again saw the meeting door open once again. My manager Surekha was walking outside and heading to my desk. She appeared angry as well. She asked me, "why haven't you join the meeting yet? Ajay told you 10 minutes ago to join the meeting. This behaviour is not acceptable".
Now I was angry as well. People were expecting me to join the meeting for which I was not invited and were not even willing to share the meeting invitation. "I have not received any meeting invitation. I asked Ajay to share it with me but still I have not received anything. How do you expect me to join a meeting that is completely invisible to me?" My questions were valid but unfortunately management does not like such questions.
"Join the meeting right now. No excuses. You need to present in that meeting," she screamed at me.
I was fuming and confused too. No agenda and no invitation, still I was the presenter. It felt like a circus by now.
"I will join the meeting immediately if someone shares the meeting link with me along with the agenda. There has been no communication shared with me towards this meeting. I am not prepared, not even aware what is to be done in this meeting," I was angry at the same time I ensured that I was being truthful.
"This is completely unacceptable. You need to be better prepared," Surekha said.
"Yes of course nobody else the needs to tell me anything. But I should be prepared. No invitation till now. Tell me how should I join the meeting and present?" I asked again but Surekha was already on her way to the conference room. I sat down at my desk and kept waiting for the meeting invitation. I was so angry that I wanted to cry. I felt really stuck in a bad work environment. I wanted a release from here.
And then I opened my eyes. I was on my bed. I was sweating heavily. My breathing was shallow. My heart was racing. I thought to myself "it was a nightmare after all". I left my corporate job approximately 6 months ago. Yet I still see the same situations in my nightmares that I had experienced during my tenure. Sometimes I wonder is this PTSD? Sometimes I think that when I would completely heal from the corporate trauma or if I would ever heal.

This does sound scary. Trauma is long lasting. I hope you recover from it. You are already free and you know that. The reality is still not sinking into your subconscious mind. I hope you find peace.
