A seat by the window

An exhausted woman boarded the bus carrying a sleeping toddler, so I offered her by favourite window seat 💺.I spent the rest of the journey standing beside the door 🚪, initially annoyed that I couldn't watch ⌚ the scenery. Then the little girl woke up and started waving at every passing dog. Her mother apologised, but I found myself waving too. Soon, three strangers were pointing ☝🏻 out dogs through the window, laughing whenever one wagged it's tail. I reached my 🛑 smiling 😊 like an idiot. I had given up a seat expecting nothing in return, yet somehow received a much better journey than the one I had planned.
