A DAY IN REFLECION.
Today felt uniquely poignant, a day defined by a shifting landscape of emotions that mirrored the world around me. My morning began at 6:00 AM, a quiet hour where I grounded myself by reviewing my questions—a ritual that helps me organize the chaos of the day ahead. As I set out on my scooter toward college, the weather became a paradoxical dance; a mild rain fell while the sun continued to shine brilliantly. I found myself driving through the mist, feeling both the chill of the droplets and the warmth of the light, searching the horizon for a rainbow. Though one never appeared, the act of looking felt like a metaphor for my own persistence—finding beauty in the effort, even when the reward isn't immediately visible. By mid-day, the weight of routine felt heavy, so I chose to step away from my postings. I spent time watching La La Land, a film that struck me with its visual splendor; it was far more evocative and beautifully crafted than I had anticipated, stirring a sense of longing and wonder within me. As the evening settled in, the atmosphere shifted toward introspection. I filled the night with the music of my past, singing along to nostalgic songs that acted as a bridge to who I once was. There is a deep, quiet comfort in these melodies, a reminder of the layers we carry. As I close this day, I am returning to my authentic self—to the core of who I am as Pardhu. Today wasn't perfect, but it was honest, and in that honesty, I found a sense of peace that is entirely my own.
A day of reflection is important. I learnt this in my 30s
